At PureBe, we take great care in preparing, packing, and shipping our snacks to ensure they reach you fresh and in perfect condition.
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of our snacks.

2. No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for any reason, including change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@purebe.in or WhatsApp us at  8304902016.
We will review your request and may provide a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
